David Blood
David Blood is an award winning director and director of photography who has spent over 20 years shooting commercials for clients such as Nike, Verizon, Pepsi, Frito Lay, The Movie Channel, the NBA and many more.
In addition to commercial work, he's also DP'd several indie features including the recent Bad Kids Go To Hell, and the award-winning short film Pioneer from director David Lowry (which played Sundance and SXSW).
His company Pretty Good Pictures can take a project through post or hand it off after the shoot. David is very comfortable behind the camera shooting all formats including 35mm. Most of his current work is shot digitally on RED Epic and ARRI Alexa. He also flies helicopters (the remote controlled kind).
